What?!! This is not what we want to hear is it? We are crafters. We are creators. Our logo is our brand identity. So when a business associate said that to me, I was kind of hurt. How could something that meant so much to me not be important to anyone?
Truthfully, I hate to admit how much time and energy I’ve spent on my logo, my graphics, my business persona. Am I alone here or can you relate? Maybe what he SHOULD have said was no one cares about your logo as much as you do. To that I can agree.
I think there are two camps of people. Those that forge ahead and don’t give 2 hoots about that kind of stuff, and then there’s people like me who get stymied by little things, so much so that our efforts can be mentally exhausting.
I guess I can whine about it and blame my Dad, or I can just accept that this is what makes me so particular about my work, and that’s a good thing, right?
